Something that’s been interesting to me over the past few years as we shift to a world less inclined to have employees work from anywhere is that EOR companies are not all strictly work from anywhere.. In fact, I wrote about this on LinkedIn and it stirred up a bit of a controversy. I even got Rippling to comment on the post which led to the post racking up over 30,000 impressions.

Ultimately, the question is: Do EOR companies exist to enable companies to hire the best talent anywhere or are there other reasons a company may choose to leverage an EOR to engage talent?
